VectPack provides digital data bundles and related telecommunications services for various networks in Ghana. Services are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing the correct recipient phone number. VectPack is not liable for bundles delivered to an incorrectly provided number.
3. Payments
All transactions are processed securely via our approved payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including logos, text, and software, is the property of VectPack and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
VectPack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or network downtime beyond our control.

Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure a smooth service delivery. Please review our stance on refunds for digital services.
1. Digital Goods
Since we provide instant digital data bundles, all sales are generally final. Once a bundle is successfully delivered to the network provider, it cannot be reversed.
2. Failed Deliveries
If a transaction is successful but the bundle is not delivered due to a system error, we will either manually fulfill the order or issue a full refund within 24-48 hours.
3. Incorrect Numbers
Refunds are not provided for bundles delivered to an incorrect number provided by the user.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Mobile Money or Bank Card) via our secure payment processor.

How long does delivery take?
Most bundles are delivered within 1-5 minutes of a successful payment. During peak periods, it may take up to 15 minutes.
What if my payment failed?
If your account was debited but the order shows as failed, please wait 10 minutes. If still not delivered, contact support with your transaction reference.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, as the fulfillment process starts immediately.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never see or store your payment credentials.
